  I didn't abuse the meds but at some point they didn't work anymore and I needed larger and larger doses. I had to go to a clinic to get off those meds, to eventually get on different ones. I had to fight for it but I'm glad I finally got the other options!

  If you have an android phone you can get root access (basically admin mode) to the whole system and do stuff that you normally couldn't. Like for example change stuff about the os or install a different os entirely. Changing your Mac is possible with that.

  Your 5g modem of your phone has its own unique Mac ID which is different from the phones wifi modem's Mac ID. So as far as I know it could/might work. I've never been banned tho, so I can't say from my own experience. But it might work, worth a try.

  Over the years we worked with our local animal shelter to catch, fix all of them and gave them to families that wanted them for free to get them of the streets. Only the old ones that were too scared of humans were fixed and re released.
